Independence Day 2014

68th Independence Day was celebrated in a colorful manner at Police Parade Ground, Kannur.  Sri. Manjalamkuzhi Ali, Hon'ble Minister for Urban Affairs and Welfare of Minorities, Government of Kerala , unfurled the national flag and accepted the salute.  Platoons from Police, Excise, Forest, SPC, NCC etc.. participated in the parade.

 

 

V th Annual  Day Celebration of  SPC.

The Vth annual day celebration of  SPC Project was held on 02/08/2014 at Kannur.   The programme started with the ceremonial Parade of cadets at Police Parade Ground, Kannur.  Sri. K P. Mohanan, Hon’ble minister for Agriculture, Government of Kerala  received the salute in  presence of the District Police Chief, Kannur Sri. P N. Unnirajan, IPS. .  There after various programmes were organised at Navaneetham Auditorium, Kannur.  Sri. M.K. Muneer, Hon’ble minister for Panchayaths and Social Justice, Government of Kerala inaugurated the function.  Smt. Sreemathi Teacher, MP, Sri. A P. Abdullakutty, MLA, Sri. P. Vijayan IPS State Nodal Officer, SPC Project Kerala  and Sri. Dinendra Kashyap IPS, DIG of Police, Kannur Range, Kannur were present.  Programme ended with various cultural programmes performed by SPCs.
